We received our tests back, didn't have some of our classes, and had an extended break. I finally went for hornazo, but was so famished that I forgot to take pictures. Don't worry- it was delicious, and I am more than sure I will be eating it again.
While we were on break, Lindsay and I decided to explore some of our university a little bit more and found this staircase which looks pretty cool.
For our lunch, I came home to my favorite dish ever- Spanish tortillas. I finally remembered to take a picture of it. It is, as I've said before, a mixture of eggs, onion, and potatoes baked into goodness.
A lot of our housemates were leaving on Saturday, so most of them went out with their classmates. One of the French girls, Claire, wanted to go out with us so we went to a bar to hang out. The newer French girl, Elise, came out with us too.
I had a delicious chocolate/coconut shaken ice drink (think in between a milkshake and a slushie).
The bar we went to was called Erasmus- we went there a few weeks ago with our old housemate Johanna. It's a really nice place because not a lot of Americans go there so the atmosphere is a lot calmer and everybody seems a lot friendlier. The pic isn't great, but there is an interesting and semi-vintage collection of bikes hanging from the ceiling- at least in the area where we were sitting. After sitting there for until 12:30 or so, we headed home to get sleep for all of our trips the next day.
